Both. We have a curated network of trusted vendors we've worked with extensively, but we are always happy to collaborate with suppliers you've already chosen or have a relationship with. Our role is to make the whole ecosystem work seamlessly — regardless of where the vendors come from.

Our planning fees are quoted based on the scope of service, event scale and location. They are separate from your vendor and venue budget, which we help you manage. We do have a minimum event budget threshold to ensure we can deliver to our standard — this varies by service type. We're transparent about this from the first conversation.

Absolutely. We have planned events across India — including Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Kerala and Delhi — as well as internationally in Bali, Sri Lanka and across Europe. For destination events, we conduct an in-person or virtual site visit and build a local vendor network specific to your location. Travel costs are included in destination packages.

Every event plan we create includes a contingency protocol. Our on-site team handles issues as they arise — vendor delays, weather changes, technical problems — without escalating to you. Our job is to be the calm in any storm so you never feel anything but celebratory. We have backup plans for our backup plans.

As much or as little as you like. Some clients want to be involved in every decision; others prefer to share a brief and trust us completely. We adapt to your preference. We hold regular check-ins at key milestones and will always seek your approval for major decisions, but the depth of day-to-day involvement is entirely up to you.

Yes — our Essential package is designed for this. You handle the planning and vendor bookings, and we step in to manage the event from the morning of. We typically ask to be introduced to all vendors at least 3–4 weeks prior to the event to ensure a smooth handover and to flag anything that might need attention.

Yes, always. Our first meeting is a no-obligation conversation — an opportunity for us to understand your event and for you to get a feel for how we work. There's no pitch, no hard sell. If there's a fit, we'll outline a proposal tailored to your needs. We believe good relationships start with a genuine conversation.
